Jean Ferré, Chief Executive Officer

Jean Ferré began his career as consultant with Mac Group and later with AT Kearney. After a period as business developer in the Americas for cable system operator TCI, Jean co-founded and was CEO of software company Arisem, now a subsidiary of Thales. In 2002, he joined BPI, the European leader in human resources consulting where he coordinated external growth in the United States, Europe and North Africa. Serving as BPI Group Finance Director he then became Managing Director of BPI GmbH in Frankfurt. Together with Alexandre Bilger, Jean defined the “Connect to Knowledge™” approach that lead to the acquisition and repositioning of Sinequa in late 2004. Jean has been CEO of the company ever since.

Alexandre Bilger, Chief Architect Officer

Alexandre Bilger started his carreer by serving five years as an architect at Nat System, a leading publisher of client server development tools. In 1998, Alexandre co-founded E-Front, a data-processing software publisher specializing in the development of E-business solutions. In 2004, together with Jean Ferré, he initiated the acquisition of Sinequa.

Colin Hadden, Country Manager UK and Ireland
Colin joined Sinequa in 2007 as Country Manager UK and Ireland, with the responsibility of promoting the company's new business growth and profile in these markets. Colin has dedicated his entire career to the field of enterprise software. In November 2004, Colin was named General Manager New Business Sales of Software AG and was responsible for a number of landmark deals in UK central government. From 2001-2003, Colin worked for iManage, driving new business within the finance sector. In 2003, iManage was acquired by Interwoven Inc where Colin was promoted to Sales Director for Europe, with responsibility for the finance sector. In 1999, Colin co-founded payments start-up Viapay.com. After experiencing the technical side of the business, he was promoted at Applied Applications Inc. in the early 1990s where he drove UK and international sales, also working on secondment, establishing the company’s subsidiary in South Africa. Colin is a BSc (Hons) graduate in Computer Science from Lancaster University.
