November 23, 2009 - Sinequa Announces IBM Advanced Business Partner Status
Sinequa, a leading vendor of enterprise search, today announced it has become an IBM Advanced Business Partner.
IBM awards Advanced Business Partner status to software vendors that have demonstrated qualified technical skills and successful implementations using IBM software and hardware solutions. This recognition confirms Sinequa’s position as a global enterprise search solution provider.
Sinequa’s flagship product Sinequa Enterprise Search provides advanced text-analytics and semantic relevancy, real-time security management, a scalable GRID architecture, and out of the box connectivity to enterprise sources and applications. Sinequa has developed a library of more than 70 connectors that includes connectors for IBM software solutions DB2, Lotus Connections, Lotus Quickr, Lotus Notes, FileNet, and WebSphere Portal.
Sinequa Enterprise Search integrates seamlessly with IBM’s collaborative and content management solutions to deliver federated search across multiple sources via a single and secure point of access to enterprise information.
IBM's Business Partner program includes worldwide marketing and sales support, education, technical support and incentives. The Advanced Partner level demonstrates the added value of Sinequa Enterprise Search in IBM environments, especially for the IBM Information Management and IBM Lotus brands.
“This recognition from a major IT vendor confirms the criticality of enterprise search for large organizations. Sinequa Enterprise Search helps customers manage the information explosion, providing strategic insight to their enterprise information landscape. For users, Sinequa Enterprise Search means enterprise data from disparate sources is leveraged for collaboration and business decision making. It’s a major competitive advantage for our customers,” said Jean Ferré, President and CEO of Sinequa.
