Pfizer is a large enterprise pharmaceutical company with over 90,000 employees and contractors. Finding information at the right time and place is often difficult, disjointed, and slow. It took a few years, but with several key business cases, a couple of proof of concepts, and some Senior leadership champions, Pfizer made the decision to move from a "keyword" search to an Insight Engine. In this session, Bill will lead us through his journey of selecting a search product, deploying Sinequa to Pfizer, describing his lessons learned and "tales from the inside" as his team launched a new enterprise search experience in May of 2020.
