Analyze and identify business user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of Sinequa software solution within time and cost constraints. Assist the sales team by participating on sales calls and requirements gathering workshops to understand the customer needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.Install, configure and administer Sinequa enterprise software and connectors to various Structured and Unstructured data sources. Develop plugins and custom code to align the solution with specific business needs. Create proposals for Proof of Concepts (PoC) and execute POCs. Prepare Technical proposals, Statement Of Work documents (SOWs), and project estimates. Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs for customer engagements and potential customers. Provide Hardware sizing, infrastructure requirements and software specifications for enterprise search solutions. Design, architect and deploy large scale enterprise systems for high availability and disaster recovery.Provide feedback to product management to align the product roadmap with customer expectation.Analyze and process indexed data using Natural Language Processing techniques, information retrieval tools and techniques, and machine learning. Build Taxonomy using text mining and data visualization techniques such as Data Categorization, Classification, and Clustering.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, or foreign equivalent.
5 years of experience as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Software Engineer, Solutions, Solutions Architect, or similar.
Five years of experience must include working with Java, C#; SQL, natural language processing techniques, enterprise search platforms; information retrieval techniques and tools, machine learning, and Data Analytics.
