Conference: Retex on the deployment of Knowledge Management

Thomas Rothschild provides feedback from the EPR project in Flamanville, and the launch by EDF in 2019 of the EXCELL program, a plan for excellence in the nuclear sector. This plan addresses, among other things, increasing the skills of the French nuclear sector and commits EDF to a structured Knowledge Management approach in order to propagate/deploy best practices.

In an industry in which reactors have a lifespan of more than 40 years, the preservation, accessibility and promotion of knowledge is a key issue. Among these practices, EDF chose Sinequa to improve access to its knowledge in the nuclear field.

This plan addresses, among other things, increasing the skills of the French nuclear sector and commits EDF to a structured Knowledge Management approach in order to propagate/deploy best practices in a secure environment
