ChapsVision is accelerating its deployment in North America with well-known solutions such as Sinequa, a leading AI-powered search platform, and Systran, an AI translation solution.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Alliance Director to own and lead our alliance strategy in North America and scale our strategic partner ecosystem with targeted tech vendors to support our lead generation effort in key verticals such as Manufacturing, Life Science and Private Equity.

Working closely with the sales and presales team, your role will be to drive growth through indirect sales and co-selling motions for Systran, Sinequa, and other solutions as they are brought to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a scalable alliance strategy to accelerate indirect sales for ChapsVision products in North America.
  • Identify, cultivate, and lead strategic alliances and ecosystem partnerships with enterprise software or cloud providers to support our vertical go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Build and lead comprehensive partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks for North America.
  • Manage contract negotiations and executive-level partner relationships.
  • Work closely with the field team (Sales, CSM, Presales) to provide entry points for engaging with strategic alliances.
  • Influence GTM and product strategy by bringing partner insights to the leadership team

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Startup mentality with the ability to scale alliance strategies across a growing North America business.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the AI space, including Agentic AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • Ability to deliver presentations to VP and C-level executives to build strategic alliances and influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems that create new revenue streams through indirect sales, co-selling, and co-marketing.
  • Experience working with the three major hyperscalers is essential.

The annual On-Target Earnings for this role (base salary + variable bonus) ranges from $190,000 to $230,000. These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
