Our Product Manager-Workplace Search must specialize in the following technical areas:

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Proficient in agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cloud computing knowledge.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • SAAS Security knowledge.
  • Adept storyteller, effectively engaging and developing relationships with senior managers and the C-suite. Working knowledge of Angular 2+, C#, CSS, Cyber Security, Data Science, Javascript.
  • Proficient in SQL and data analytics.
  • UX and UI design experience.

Our Product Manager-Workplace Search responsibilities may include:

  • Developing a clear product vision and strategy for our workplace search product, considering market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements. Creating a roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities. Gathering requirements and defining product specifications, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and user experience.
  • Collaborating with full stack developers, search engineers, and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans. Leading the end-to-end product development process, including scoping, sprint planning, and backlog management. Driving product releases and iterations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Advocating for a user-centered design approach and conducting usability testing to gather user feedback and validate design decisions.
  • Communicating product updates, progress, and priorities to stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and customers. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product positioning and messaging.
  • Defining key product metrics and establishing mechanisms to track product performance. Analyzing user data and customer feedback to gain insights and make data-driven decisions for product improvements and optimizations.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and SaaS products. Seeking opportunities to enhance the product and drive innovation.
  • Requires 25% travel including international travel.

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 5 years of industry experience Product Manager, in SaaS environment delivering a product from ideation to initial market adoption.
  • Alternatively, master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, SaaS environment delivering a product from ideation to initial market adoption.

Salary Range from $163,238.00 to $180,000.00
