As a Search Cloud Engineer, you will drive the interactions with our customers and prospects to guide them in their decisions to adopt the Search Cloud.
You will ensure they successfully adopt our product and deploy RAG applications that meet their needs.
You will guide them through the various steps of their journey on the Search Cloud and provide them with the technical help they need when configuring and customizing their Search Cloud instances.
You are both a technical expert and a trusted advisor. You seamlessly conduct technical and customer facing tasks.
