Event Registration Terms  

These Event Registration Terms (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in events hosted by Sinequa Corp. or its affiliates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting your RSVP and/or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.  

1. Use of Personal Information

When you register for the event, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, company, and job title. This information may be used for purposes including event logistics, communication, and future marketing. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

2. Media Consent

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, and audio recordings, (“Content”) may be captured that include your image, voice, name, biographical information, or likeness (“Likeness”). You grant Company, and its affiliates, the permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and translate the Content containing your Likeness for Company’s reasonable business purposes. This includes, without limitation, sharing event highlights, promoting future events, and using Content in press releases, advertisements, or promotions on the Company’s website and social media platforms. If you submit or present any materials in connection with the event, you grant the Company the same permission to use those materials.  

You understand and agree that: 

• There is no time limit or geographic restriction on where the Content or materials may be used; 

• You will not receive any compensation for the use of your Likeness in the Content; 

• You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Content; 

• The Company has no obligation to use the Content. 

For clarity, we will not sell Content containing your Likeness or other materials without obtaining your additional permission. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from any claims that may arise from the use of your Likeness or materials, including claims of privacy violation, defamation, or misrepresentation. 

3. Acknowledgment of Risk 

Your attendance and participation in the event are completely voluntary. While we take precautions to make the event safe and enjoyable, you understand there may be some risks involved. By joining us, you agree to accept those risks. 

4. 4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free environment for all event participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event at our sole discretion for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
